Stringing OPGW
"OPGW(with 48 fibres) for lightning protection, grounding purposes, and telecommunication/data transmission, complete with all required joint/termination boxes, amplifiers and accessories, as specified in the technical specification, shall be supplied, erected and commissioned. Interconnection of OPGW ground wire on the new line with, for example, 330/161kV transmission line provide communications and shielding completing with all necessary fittings and terminations.
Decrease Transmission Losses
Power factor correction, bundled conductors, upgrade of transmission line voltage, reduction in electrical length, and application of low-loss power line conductor are various options of decreasing transmission losses, but realistically delicate to apply, so that it is necessary to set a long-term plans like HVDC,FACT,STACOM, etc.
